Solaris Pure reflects the typical fresh and floral aroma of Solaris grapes. Primary aromas in the first nose are fresh pear, elderflowers, and citrus fruit flavors (lime and lemon). You will have a fresh sensation in the second nose from some blackcurrant leaf smells. The acidity is long in the mouth, and the bitterness and salinity come at the end, giving a minerality sensation.

Thora Vingårds first release of Pinot Noir is a fresh and fruity light Pinot Noir with tastes of fresh red fruits, blackcurrant leaves, white pepper, and sweet spices. The different characteristics were finally blended gently and decisively into the unfiltered 2021 cuvée.
